Four Feather Falls Episode 1 Tele-Snaps

This is one of the hardest programmes to watch today, let alone take pictures of!

This was Gerry Anderson's first puppet show that he did of his very own, and... well, it shows.

Created in 1958, the show involved Sheriff Tex Tucker, who must protect the town of Four Feather Falls with the help of four magic feathers, two to allow his dog and horse to talk, and the other two to make his guns fire on their own.

As you can tell by the premise, this show was made for very young children, but regardless, it was a success, with 39, 13-minute episodes, which in those days is pretty good.

The voice cast is well known too, including Kenneth Connor of the Carry-On films, David Graham, who everyone knows as Parker and the Daleks, and most notably, Nicholas Parsons as the main star. He was, and can still be considered one of the most famous faces on British Television, and he was nice enough to sign the DVD set of this series for me, after being VERY surprised it was actually ON DVD!

But a word of warning, people, if you thought "Woody's Round-Up" looked goofy, then you ain't seen nothing yet!
